BC Instant Lawns and Landscapes basic lawn care package will help keep your old lawn or new lawn strong and healthy throughout the year. Critical times throughout the year will be early spring and after summer to apply fertilizer and grass seed to your lawn. The basic lawn maintenance package gives you piece of mind that your lawn will be able to fend off weeds and pests.
Basic lawn care package includes:
- 3 applications of lawn fertilizer.
- 2 application of premium grass over seed.
- 1 application of winter slow release type fertilizer.

How our lawn care packages work
Lawn care packages are monthly paid subscriptions that may be cancelled at any time. Services will start the following month after initial sign up.
